krmc.shop is operated by Sanskriti Indian, trading as Karmic Books, registered in the Netherlands. These are the registered details:

Adding a book to your cart is not a purchase. A contract is formed only once your payment has been accepted and we've confirmed the order by email.

We stock a single copy of many titles. If a book sells out between your order and our confirmation — for example because the same copy sold on another channel — we'll tell you and refund that item in full. We will not substitute a different edition without asking you first.

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; delivery is shown separately and is free above €25 (see shipping).

We don't take card payments online at the moment. You place the order, we confirm it against your cart code, and we arrange payment directly — by bank transfer, Tikkie, or in person.

We try hard to keep prices accurate. If a book is listed at a clearly wrong price and you order it, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery terms, costs and timescales are set out on our shipping page and form part of these terms. Risk in the books passes to you on delivery.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full details — condition, who pays return postage, and refund timing — are on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, nor our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.

If we can't resolve a complaint between us, you can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
