Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free on orders over €25 anywhere we deliver in the EU. Below that, a flat €3,95 is added at checkout. There are no handling fees, no surcharges, and no costs added after you've paid.

Orders placed on a business day are dispatched same or next business day. Once posted, PostNL typically delivers within 1–2 business days in the Netherlands and 3–7 business days elsewhere in the EU.

Those are PostNL's own delivery windows, not a guarantee we control. Busy periods and customs in some destinations can add time. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the window above, email us and we'll chase it.

We ship across the European Union. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email hello@krmc.shop and ask — we can often arrange it.

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or not at all, tell us within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date and include your order number. We'll replace or refund it. You don't need to argue with the carrier on our behalf — that's our job.
